Burlington Water Restrictions Return Thursday

The first step of water restrictions limits sprinkler use to every other day with no daytime watering.

BURLINGTON, MA — Burlington's water restrictions will go back into effect Thursday with step one of the town's water conservation measures.

No watering is allowed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and automated or sprinkler water is only allowed every other day. Even-numbered addresses can water on even days, odd-numbered ones on odd days.

The restrictions apply to both residential and commercial properties.
