Così, Inc. Opens in Burlington Mall
Fast-casual chain's 10th Boston-area location now serving lunch and dinner daily
CHARLESTOWN, Mass. (Aug. 6, 2019) – Così, Inc., the fast-casual restaurant company, has expanded its presence in the Boston market. Its 10th area location has opened in the
Burlington Mall food court (75 Middlesex Turnpike, #2109A, Burlington, MA, 01803).
“We are very excited to bring Così® to Burlington,” said Vinnie DiNatale, director of marketing. “There are a lot of Così® fans in the area and the mall location is a perfect fit.”

Così® is best known for its signature flatbread made from a centuries-old recipe. Guests can select made-to-order sandwiches, freshly-tossed salads, soups, snacks and desserts, complemented by handcrafted beverages and coffee.
The Burlington opening coincides with the launch of Così’s summer menu featuring such items as: Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich, Summer Spinach Salad and Blueberry Smash.
