Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Four Burlington Cases
Two of the cases involve drug trafficking, another involves rape and indecent assault and battery.

BURLINGTON, MA - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Wednesday, including four involving Burlington cases.
Here is a look at the indictments:
- Dustin Beliveau, 32, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
- Tony Pickard, 53, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
- Eric Sowmick, 25, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violation the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
- Richard Vargas, 49, of Woburn, was charged with rape and indecent assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.
