How To Beat Burlington Heatwave
The town has opened a cooling center at the Human Resources Building at 61 Center St. That's open from 10 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. through Thursday.
BURLINGTON, MA — It's absolutely sweltering out there, and it will be for at least a few more days.
The summer's second heatwave is in full effect, with temperatures reaching into the mid-to-high 90s on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The National Weather Service has a heat advisory in effect until Wednesday evening.

Burlington is also encouraging people to go to the library, which is open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., or even the mall from 11-8 and Wegmans from 6 a.m. - midnight.
