Nordblom Purchases Burlington Property for $25.75 Million

Nordblom Company recently made a big purchase in Burlington and subsequently took full ownership of an office park. 

Nordblom recently completed the acquisition of the former Palomar Medical Technologies headquarters at 15 Network Drive, according to a story by New England Real Estate Journal. The company and its partner, Network Drive Owner, LLC, purchased the building for $25.75 million. 

According to the story the purchase means the entire 158-acre campus at Norwest Park is now under the ownership of a single company. This will allow Nordblom to "completely reassemble the entire office campus" the story quotes Ogden Hunnewell of Nordblom.
