Shake Shack Coming To Burlington Mall

BURLINGTON, MA —Shake Shack is eyeing Burlington for its expansion in greater Boston. The burger chain has applied for a special permit from the Burlington Planning Board to locate in the Burlington Mall. The new restaurant would be located in the end of the mall that once housed Sears and is now being redeveloped.

Shake Shack's current Massachusetts locations include the Seaport District and Back Bay in Boston, Harvard Square in Cambridge, The Street in Chestnut Hill, and Legacy Place in Dedham. The company is also preparing to open a location at Arsenal Yards in Watertown, according to Boston Restaurant Talk, which first reported this story.
