Town Of Burlington Scholarship Seeking Applicants, Donors

The 2021 application deadline for the town scholarship is April 1.

BURLINGTON, MA — The Town of Burlington Scholarship Fund is accepting both 2021 applicants and donors, it said in recent weeks.

All high school seniors residing in town are eligible to apply. Three recipients will be awarded $2,500 scholarships at the Burlington High School Annual Scholarship Award Night.

The scholarships can go toward college, university or technical school tuition.

The application deadline is April 1. Applications are available at the Burlington High School guidance office or by emailing scholarships@burlington.org.

Completed applications should be sent to the Burlington High School Guidance Department, 123 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA 01803, or emailed to Burlington High Guidance Director Joseph Attubato at attubato@bpsk12.org.

The scholarship is also seeking donations. Checks can be sent to to 29 Center Street ATTN: Treasurer/Collector, payable to the "TOBSF," or you can add your donation to your excise and property tax bills online.

The volunteer scholarship fund committee's members are: Sheila Fitzpatrick, Gina Leary, William Boivin, Joseph Attubato, BHS Guidance Director, Jennifer Kosses, Kent Moffatt and Rosalyn Minassian.
