Town Election Update: More Shawsheen, Town Meeting Candidates

The April 10 town election slate continues to fill out, with nine new candidates taking out papers this week.

BURLINGTON, MA — Ten more candidates for the Shawsheen Tech School Committee and Burlington town meeting seats took out papers over the last week, according to the latest update from Town Clerk Amy Warfield.

Doug Hastings and Christine Kim took out papers for the open seat on the Shawsheen Tech School Committee, making it a four-person race. None of the candidates is an incumbent.

Hastings also took out papers for a town meeting seat.
