Thanks to our local organizations, businesses, and generous individuals, we have more than four dozen baskets covering a wide variety of themes with something to appeal to everyone. I’m sure you’ll find many that you’d like to win! Tickets are being sold at the Circulation Desk. Purchase a strip of five tickets for $5 and choose the one(s) you love most. Get a peek at the baskets by visiting our website. Also, mark your calendar for Thursday evening, May 26 at 7 p.m. for the Basket drawing event. Congratulations
Congratulations to Reference and Social Media Librarian, Shelly Sloboder. She won the Producer of Excellence - Production Short award from BCAT for "Read It.” The “Read It!” videos are short book talks created by many of our staff members from various departments and cover children, teen and adult titles. If you haven’t seen the “Read It” videos, check them out on BCAT or the Library’s YouTube page. They are great little book reviews that may help you find your next great read!
