When Does the 2016 Boston Marathon Start?

BURLINGTON, MA - The Boston Marathon has several groups of participants taking off from the Hopkinton start line at different times throughout Monday morning.

Here's a look at when the thousands will be starting:

8:50 a.m.: Mobility Impaired

9:17 a.m.: Men's Push Rim Wheel Chair

9:19 a.m.: Women's Push Rim Wheel Chair

9:22 a.m.: Handcycles and Duos

9:32 a.m.: Elite Women

10 a.m.: Elite Men and Wave 1

10:25 a.m.: Elite Men and Wave 2

10:50 a.m.: Elite Men and Wave 3

11:15 a.m.: Elite Men and Wave 4
