Man Stabbed in Back Outside Cambridge Night Club: Report

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The Cambridge Police Department results a fight outside a Central Square-area night club sent on Haverhill man to the hospital early Sunday morning.

The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. outside an unspecified night club on Mass Ave., according to police. A press release further states.

"As the victim and his friends were leaving a concert, a verbal and large physical altercation ensued outside of a Massachusetts Avenue night club. Officers quickly arrived at the scene and located the victim, who was stabbed in his back, shoulder and forearm. He was treated and taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Additional officers arrived on-scene to disperse the altercation and speak to witnesses and involved individuals. At this point, a suspect has not been identified and an investigation is ongoing."
