Part of Mass Ave Closed For Cambridge Dance Party

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Mass Ave, between Bigelow and Inman Streets, will be closed to traffic but open for dancing tonight between 6 p.m. and midnight.

The number one MBTA bus line will also be closed from 6 p.m. to midnight to accommodate Central Square's free dance party.

"Join us as we celebrate our community and the beginning of summer. After dark, colorful lights will be launched, adding to the magic of the evening," a release said.

Attendees were strongly encouraged to take public transportation by Red Line to Central Square.
