Middlesex DA Marian Ryan announces grand jury indictiments for Cambridge.

CAMBRIDGE, MA – Today, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced the most recent round of grand jury indictments for the county, including several in Cambridge. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

John Kargul, 55, of Brockton, was charged with larceny over $250, identity fraud by obtaining personal information (2 counts), and identity fraud by posing as another person to open a credit card (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

According to the Cambridge Police log, Kargul was arrested at Mifflin Place in Cambridge in May.

Colin McAloon, 19, of Gloucester, was charged with rape. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.

Kenneth Pringle, 38, of Cambridge, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

In June, Cambridge Police arrested Pringle after police were called to a Mass Ave bank because he was attempting to withdraw money from an account that was placed on hold due to fraudulent activity.

Moise Raphael, 23, of Medford, was charged with unarmed burglary, larceny in a building, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, receiving stolen goods, and attempting to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

Raphael led police on a foot chase that temporarily shut down Red Line service after he was pulled over for allegedly driving a stolen car on Oct. 30 of 2016.

During the chase, Raphael allegedly entered the inbound-side of the Central Square T Station, leading officers to request a temporary stop to both inbound and outbound train service.

Kenneth Robison, 31, of Quincy, was charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
