Bruno The Canton Police Horse Helping To Spread Holiday Cheer
The Canton Police Department's horse Bruno will be on hand helping collect donated toys for the Tufts Floating Hospital for Children.
CANTON, MA — Canton-area visitors and residents can come meet Bruno while they help a good cause at the Village Shoppes of Canton on Saturday. Bruno, the Canton Police Department's horse, will be on hand with his human partners to help collect toys for the Tufts Medical Center Floating Hospital for Children in front of Sombrero's from noon to 4 p.m.
Along with new, unwrapped, sensory-development toy donations for the kids, shoppers are advised that Bruno is more than willing to accept a carrot or two for himself.
The toy drive is part of the Canton Police "Fill Bruno's Sleigh" campaign.
