Canton 4th Of July Fireworks: What You Need To Know
Canton residents are in for a day of fun.

CANTON, MA – Fourth of July is on the horizon, and the Town of Canton is preparing for a day of fun to celebrate our independence.
The festivities kick off with the 50th Annual Road Race at the Canton Town Club on Bailey Street. The five-mile road race starts at 9:30 a.m. and is $10. The two-mile fun run for kids 12 and under starts at 9:35 a.m. and costs $5. You can register at CantonRec.com or on-site starting at 8 a.m.
The fun shifts to the Irish Cultural Centre at 6 p.m., where there will be inflatables, face painting and airbrush tattoos for kids. Live music starts at 7 p.m., followed by the fireworks display at 9 p.m.

Food and beverage will be available for purchase. No coolers are allowed. Attendees should be prepared to have their bags checked upon arrival.
