Canton Has One Of The Best Holiday Lights Displays: USA Today

CANTON, MA—A Canton public lights display ranked among the best in the United States in a list compiled by USA Today.

The news outlet released the Best Public Holiday Lights Display list, part of the 2020 10Best Reader's Choice Awards, last week. It included Winterlights, a setup by The Trustees of Reservations with a location at the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton, ranked number 6.

The list includes the "best, brightest and most beautiful holiday lights shows put on by neighborhoods, cities and parks across the United States."

“That Winterlights is now recognized on a national level in addition to being so beloved locally is incredibly heartening for us as an organization,” said Christine Morin, Trustees Chief of Places & Engagement, in a statement. “With high demand and limited capacity, we are thrilled to offer two additional weeks so more folks can safely experience the wonder of Winterlights.”

Winterlights will run Wednesday through Sunday, January 6-10 and January 13-17, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at both the Canton and Stockbridge locations. COVID-19 precautions, including mask-wearing and social distancing, will remain in place for employees and visitors.
