Canton High Athletes Earn 3 Championships
One New England women's title, and two high school state crowns, for Bulldog student-athletes.
CANTON, MA — There are three new champions at Canton High School this week in wrestling and indoor track and field. Bulldog athletes won state and New England titles in wrestling, as well as a state event title in track.
Junior Jonathan Cherry was crowned the state champion in the 55-meter dash in Division 4 with a winning time of 6.50 seconds.
Junior Natalie Keppler was crowned women's New England champion in the 138-pound weight class. She is competing in this weekend's Massachusetts Wrestling All-State Championships.

Senior Eddie Marinilli was crowned state champion in the 152-pound weight class. It was his second state championship as a Bulldog. He is now competing for his second All-State Championship this weekend.
