Standish Drive- Robert Flynn, 73, of 32 Kings Road, Canton was arrested for allegedly threatening to commit a crime.

Assault and Battery- 7:19 p.m.

Westdale Terrace- Thomas Figiel, 29, of 2 Westdale Terrace, Canton was arrested for alleged Assault and Battery and Intimidating a Witness.

Motor Vehicle Homicide by Negligent Operation- 11:51 p.m.

Bolivar Street- Sean E. Jackman, 24, of Stoughton, Mass. was arrested for alleged Motor Vehicle Homicide by Negligent Operation, OUI Liquor, Speeding and Marked Lanes Violation.
