Canton Police Looking For Owner Of Missing Dog
Canton police sought the public's help in locating the owner of a dog found near Washington Street Saturday morning.

CANTON, MA — Canton police this weekend were looking to locate the owner of a dog found on Washington Street Saturday morning. Canton Police Chief Ken Berkowitz asked for the public's help in finding the owner of the dog who spent the day hanging out — and playing with a stuffed animal — at the Canton Police Station.

Canton police said the dog was found near the library at 786 Washington Street about 9:45 and that she is a female. Later Saturday, she was moved to Canton Animal Control.
