Canton Resident Hired at ClearRock

Tony Martignetti, a career consultant and coach with more than 20 years of corporate experience working for some of the world’s leading life sciences in a variety of finance leadership roles, has joined ClearRock, Inc., a Boston-based career transition, outplacement, leadership development, and executive coaching firm, as a Career Consultant.

In his role, Martignetti will provide career consulting to professionals at all organizational levels to identify career options and to develop marketing, networking, interviewing and negotiating skills to position themselves as the best candidate for the roles they pursue. He will work with people to help them find clarity in making well-informed decisions, improve their skills, and ultimately increase their impact.

In addition to his work with ClearRock, Martignetti is the founder of Inspired Purpose Coaching where he works with individuals and organizations around leadership development and team dynamics.

Martignetti, who lives in Canton, Massachusetts, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Certification for Economics in Transition from Helsinki University, and will soon graduate from iPEC as a Certified Professional Coach. He is certified in the Predictive Index methodology, Hogan assessments, Minds at Work (ITC) and Talent Insights (DISC). Tony is also a board member of the International Coach Federation, New England Chapter.
