James Quinn Promoted to Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Bay Credit Union (Liberty Bay Credit Union)

Liberty Bay Credit Union, one of the most established credit unions in New England, has promoted James Quinn to Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Quinn previously served as Senior Vice President Administration and Vice President of Human Resources.

“Liberty Bay has an amazing group of employees and from a Human Resources perspective it is incredible to work with such a great team and staff,” said Quinn.

Quinn will be responsible for all staff functions and will also oversee facilities administration. Prior to joining Liberty Bay, Quinn served as Director of Human Resources at Orchard Cove – Hebrew SeniorLife in Canton. Quinn also spent 19 years, in various positions at Bull Corporation of America/Groupe Bull France. “Jim has dedicated his career to improving the work environment at the various organizations where he has been employed, and we are delighted to have him on the leadership team,” said Lyndon Matteson, President.

Chief Executive Officer Ed Lopes added, “Jim brings a lot of talent to his work. In addition to being a first-class human resources professional, he is also an adjunct professor at two area universities.”

Quinn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire and received a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
