Canton's Bill Burr Releasing Netflix Comedy Show

CANTON, MA — A local comedian with a international following is releasing a new stand-up comedy special on Netflix. Bill Burr's "Paper Tiger" hits the streaming platform on Sept. 10.

Burr graduated from Canton High School in 1986, and with the release of "Paper Tiger," he's now filmed six comedy specials. The newest hour-long standup was filmed earlier this year at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Need to get caught up on the local comedian? Barr has several collaborations with Netflix including his comedy specials "I'm Sorry You Feel That Way," "Walk Your Way Out" and his animated series "F is for Family." In January, "F is for Family" was given a four-season renewal, so expect to see more from the Canton comedian on Netlfix for years to come.
