McGeough-Lamacchia Realty On Buying a Home in Canton

Residents from Canton and the surrounding area may have spotted the Fox 25 news team in town last week, as the crew visited the Blue Hills Ski Area. 

But Friday also marked a chance for local real estate agents John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia of McGeough-Lamacchia Realty Inc. to discuss why it's a great time to buy a home in Canton .

Both offer insights and statistics into the Canton real estate market in a conversation with Fox 25's Doug VB Goudie.

Among those stats? Nineteen homes were sold in Canton last month, as compared to seven homes in January 2012, an increase of 171 percent, according to McGeough-Lamacchia Realty Inc.
