CANTON, MA — Classic New England dishes like clam chowder, wood-fire cooked burgers, and more are coming to one of the region's most historical sites. Northern Spy will open inside the United States' first copper mill, which Paul Revere established nearly 25 years after his famous midnight ride.

Northern Spy, located at Revere Street inside the Paul Revere Heritage Site, is not expected to only be a restaurant, but also honor the American history that took place at the mill. Owner Daniel Myers told the Boston Globe the second floor will be dedicated to private events and will also feature a historical exhibit space.

Myers said Northern Spy will serve brunch, lunch, and dinner and also plans to take french fries, "very seriously."
