Road Closure Scheduled For Dedham Street In Canton

CANTON, MA — A section of Dedham Street near the bridge over Interstate 95 will be closed overnight, beginning Monday, Sept. 23, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) announced. The closure will be implemented every night for about three weeks between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

MassDot said the closure is necessary to allow construction crews to make necessary repairs along the road. Detours will be set up with signs guiding drivers where to go.

Drivers traveling through the area should expect delays and use caution. All scheduled work is weather dependent and may be impacted due to an emergency situation.
