Police and fire personnel began searching for a swimmer after a witness reported someone went under at Ponkapoag Pond.
CANTON, MA — Police and fire personnel began searching for a swimmer after a witness reported someone went under at Ponkapoag Pond, Tuesday afternoon. The State Police Dive Team and three Duxbury fire department divers helped with the search, but no evidence of a missing swimmer was found.
No further details were immediately available.
