SEX OFFENDER LIST: Where Do Canton's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Canton has eight Level 2 and 3 sex offenders who live or work in the town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Local registered sex offenders include:

Robert Baker, 67, lives at 3 Lynn St.; child rape and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Phillippe Bazile, 55, works at 427 Turnpike St.; child rape with force and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

William R. Davis, 38, works at 1 Cleaning Service in Canton; purchase or possession of child pornography.

Emanuel R. Gomes, 54, works at 980 Turnpike St.; indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

John M. Harvey, 64, works at 100 New Boston Drive; attempted rape and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Timothy J. Pineau, 53, works at 300 Pine St.; dissemination of matter harmful to minors.

Charles F. Vaughn, 66, works at 28 Marshall St.; rape of child with force and aggravated rape.

Ronald M. Washburn, 48, works at 427 Turnpike St.; rape and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.
