Town Of Canton Homebound Vaccination Program

The Town of Canton is participating in the state’s homebound vaccination program. In-home vaccinations are only available for homebound individuals who are not able to leave their homes to get to a vaccination site. Eligibility is extremely limited.

To determine if you are eligible to be vaccinated in your home, please call the Canton Board of Health at 781 821 5021 before noon on Wednesday April 7.
