Trillium Brewing Opening New Taprooms In Canton And Fenway
Trillium has plans for two taprooms, one in Boston and the other with the scenic view of the Blue Hills.

CANTON, MA — One of the more popular craft breweries in Greater Boston announced plans to open up two new taprooms. Trillium Brewing, best known for its wide selection of IPAs, plans to move out of its small, industrial space on Shawmut Road and open new locations off Interstate 93 in Canton and another in Fenway.
For the last five years, Trillium has operated its taproom out of a small industrial space on Shawmut Road in Canton and had to use three other facilities for craft beer production. Trillium will not only be able to to make and sell their beer in one location, but believe they can make a better taproom for craft beer enthusiasts.
The brewery said to expect more space, an elevated patio, on-site events, and a restaurant right inside the taproom. The patio will also provide a scenic view of Great Blue Hill. Trillium hopes to move fully into the new space sometime in the next couple of years.

"With dreams of more space and the type of taproom experience we all want to enjoy, we’ll be spending the next couple years preparing to move across town into a building we’re calling our Forever Home, Trillium said in an announcement last Friday.
The Fenway location is expected to open sometime this year, according to the announcement. Trillium Fenway is being built from the ground up at 401 Park Drive in Boston. The 1,500 square-foot facility is "greenhouse" inspired and hopes to blur the lines between a beer garden and a taproom. It will let people enjoy Boston's views without having to deal with the change of seasons, the brewery said.

"We’ll watch the seasons change through the year, hanging out on the open-air patio in the summer and watching the snow shimmer through glass windows in the winter," Trillium said.
