This year, glow necklaces will be distributed prior to the parade, which will begin at the front of the monument with the Tony Barrie Band and the Monument Square Wizard leading the crowd.

A juggling unicycler and stilt walkers will also be featured this year.

The parade will extend to the Training Field in Charelstown, where youths will be able to enjoy a “haunted, but not scary” house, along with trick-or-treating around the area of the monument, the training field and Monument Avenue.

Those who live along the parade route are encouraged to decorate their homes and hand out treats while dressed in costume.
