Boston Winter Weather Advisory: Snow, Bitter Cold

Monday morning's snow will give way to windchill values in the single digits.

Much of Eastern Massachusetts, including Boston, was under a winter weather advisory Sunday night until Monday morning.

The National Weather Service said the city could see as much as 3-4 inches of overnight snow - more than anticipated.

The snow should taper off by the early morning.

Temperatures could reach 30 degrees Monday, but wind gusts up to 35 miles per hour could have it feeling closer to single digits, perhaps falling below zero at night.

Tuesday’s wind chill may get as low as -10 degrees.
