Boston Marathon 2018: Charlestown Runners

CHARLESTOWN, MA — It's marathon season, folks. Ever think about running the Boston Marathon? All 26.2 miles of it with your closest 30,000 fellow runners and thousands more cheering along the way? Well this year a few dozen Charlestown residents did, and 84 of them even signed up for it and got a bib.

This year more women signed up than women from Charlestown at 51. The youngest from Charlestown running this year is an 18 year old. The one with the most years on the planet running? 54
