Can You Enjoy the Freedom Trail in a Wheelchair?

New web site offers accessibility details for Boston's major tourist sites.

Today is Thursday, Sept. 22. Here are five things you need to know today.

1. Here's a great idea: A web site that gives people with disabilities and impairments relevant info on tourist attractions in Boston. Ever think about whether someone in a wheelchair can visit the Freedom Trail? Nora Nagle, a former fellow at the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council, did. She created ExploreBoston.org, which gives  accessibility details for 30+ sites around the city.
