The Basic Services Committee of the Charlestown Neighborhood Council will hold a public hearing on the application of the producers of the movie "R.I.P.D." ,starring Jeff Bridges, to film in the area around 5 Pleasant Street Court from 7 PM to 1 AM from September 11th to the 14th.
