Weather forecasters are predicting a miserable weekend of inclement weather across the area.
Rain, including freezing rain, is expected to start on Friday night and stretch into Saturday. Areas that get freezing rain can expect hazardous travel conditions with car accidents possible on Saturday morning, said the National Weather Service.
Rain will continue to fall through Saturday night before possibly changing to snow showers early Sunday morning. Snow showers may fall sporadically during the day on Sunday.

As much as an inch of rain could fall this weekend, but little to no snow accumulation is expected.
Highs are expected to be about 40 degrees both days.
