The National Weather Service is predicting about an inch of rain, accompanied by wind gusts of up to 30 mph.
NWS said the rain will start Thursday afternoon and continue on and off through Friday morning. The weekend will be clear and cold, with highs in the low 40s and a chance of rain Saturday night.
