Charlestown resident Jack Kelly, a candidate for at-large Boston City Council, is holding a campaign kick-off Thursday night from 6-9 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus hall.Â
Kelly is encouraging residents to attend both his kick-off and the mayoral forum being held at BHCC.Â
"It's great for Charlestown to have a local candidate running for office as well as having mayoral candidates in the town speaking about issues concerning our city," Kelly said.
