Korean War - Veterans Day Remembrance

Korean War Veterans of Massachusetts joined by South Korean Deputy Consul General in Boston Lee Hyunwoo, family and veterans.

The Korean War Veterans and South Korean government officials gathered in Charlestown at the Massachusetts Korean War Veterans Memorial located in the Charlestown Navy Yard to honor US Military Veterans. The South Korean people haven't forgotten the sacrifice of the young Americans that fought for their freedom. Family members of deceased Korean veterans joined the assembly as did members of the American Legion from Charlestown led by Milton Lashus the Department Adjutant and commander of the Bunker Hill post in Charlestown.
