UPDATE: Female Passenger Arrested After Trying to Open Exit Door Aboard Boston-Bound Flight

The British Airways flight has landed at Boston's Logan International Airport. The reportedly drunk woman is expected to be charged.

A female passenger has been taken into custody after trying to open the exit door of a British Airways flight bound for Boston, Massachusetts, State Police have announced.

Initial reports indicated the woman — identified as Kamila Dolniak, 32, a citizen of Poland — tried to break into the cockpit, but state police have said the woman, believed to be intoxicated, had actually tried to open the exit door. Dolniak has been charged with interfering with a flight crew. There is no indication the incident is related to terrorism, police said.

The incident happened aboard British Airways flight 213 on its way to Logan International Airport. The plane, a Boeing 772, left London Heathrow Airport at 11:57 a.m. local time and landed in Boston just after 1:30 p.m. EST. State Police officers met the plan on the jetway and took the passenger into custody.
