Pier 6 Plans Tom Brady Tailgate; How Are You Celebrating?

CHARLESTOWN, MA — Sunday at 1 p.m., Charlestown's Pier 6 is turning its restaurant into a tailgate party to celebrate Tom Brady's triumphant return to the Pats' lineup.

According to an announcement sent out on the restaurant's behalf:

"Pier 6 will open its outdoor patio for the day’s festivities. Fans can gather around the installed 120’ HD projection screen with surround sound to cheer on the Pats. Pier 6 will be offering their specialty hot cider cocktails as well as seasonal Oktoberfest and pumpkin beers. Fans can chow down on complimentary bar snacks and dips and Brady’s Back Food specials like Buffalo wings, loaded nachos, braised short rib melts and fried pickles."

There will also be classic tailgate games outside, including cornhole.

Admission's free, minus the cost of food and drinks once you're in.
