Police Reports: Three Caught Trespassing at School

Two women and one juvenile were arrested at Seaport Academy and charged with trespassing.

These reports were collected from the Boston Police Department and took place within Charlestown's District, A-15. The time and place of the alleged crimes are listed. Persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

  • At 1:26 a.m., police arrested three individuals on a charge of trespassing at Seaport Academy on 8th Street. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found two young women and one young man laying on the ground in the building. Witnesses told officers they tried to stop the trio from entering, but the suspects said they were students at the school, and that teachers had given them permission to sleep there. When confronted by officers, the three said they were unaware that it was a school. Police arrested Katrina Watts of Jamaica Plain, Nilka Martinez of Quincy and a juvenile (whose name could not be released).
  • At 6 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism on St. Martin Street.
  • At 8:30 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny from a vehicle (under $200) at 240 Medford St.
  • At 11 p.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of accident/property damage on Decatur Street.

  • At 8:20 a.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident/property damage at 50 School St.
  • At 9:15 a.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident/property damage at 36 Monument Ave.
  • At 1 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny under $200 at 42 Winthrop St.
  • At 3:30 p.m., police arrested Isles Damon of 129 Bunker Hill St. in City Square, in assistance to another police department.
  • At 6:15 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny from a building (over $200) on 3rd Avenue.
  • At 9 p.m., responded to a report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident/property damage at 25 Trenton St.

Thursday, Feb. 9

  • At 8:09 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny from a motor vehicle (over $200) on Beacham Street.
