Protesters Take to the Streets of Boston Today
Two separate coalitions are leading what they hope will be large protests today against banks and high-paid CEOs in Boston.

Today is Friday, Sept. 30. Here are five things you need to know today.
1. Got some thoughts about the state of big banks and their effects on our local communities? Maybe you want to join a march and rally today on Boston Common led by a coalition who are describing the event as a "Take Back." The event starts at 2 p.m. at the band stand on the common. 2. And speaking of protests, the spirit behind this Occupy Wall Street movement is apparently spreading to Boston. An unrelated group is planning to start an occupation in Boston in Dewey Square (near South Station) at 6 p.m. tonight. More details here.
