Report: Gatehouse 75 in Charlestown Sells for $54.5 Million
The five-story upscale apartment building was completed toward the end of 2013.

Gatehouse 75, located at 75 West School St., is a luxury rental community in the heart of Boston’s historic Charlestown neighborhood.
Commercial Property Executive reported that the 99-unit apartment building, which is near the Gilmore Bridge, was recently sold to Berkshire Income Realty, Inc. for $54.45 million.
