Sip, Shop and Explore a Terminal Street Business
Smudge Ink, a small printing press, is hosting an early holiday shopping and socializing event this Thursday. You're invited.

Today is Wednesday, Nov. 2. Here are five things you need to know today.
1. Here is your chance to get ahead on your holiday shopping *and* get a look inside a neighborhood spot you're not likely to explore: on Terminal Street is hosting a "" event on Thursday, starting at 4 p.m. Smudge Ink is a boutique printing press and Smudge's own cards, stationary and other gifts will be on sale. Other craft goods (candles, clothes) will be too. Plus, Pretty Things beer! A portion of proceeds will go to the Greater Boston Food Bank. For a few more details, click .
2. Maybe you're wondering who won the ? Well, locally, I can tell you that the "" costume (posted by Leslie Sullivan) was nominated to advance to the national level of the competition. But we still haven't gotten word yet on who Heidi Klum has picked. Fingers crossed, Half-Many, Half-Boy!
