Sparky's Puppets Show Tuesday at Charlestown Branch Library

2. Puppet show: Sparky’s Puppets will give a performance at the Charlestown Branch Library (179 Main St.) on Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 11-11:45 a.m. as part of Boston Public Library’s “Dig Into Reading” summer program.
3. Teen program: The Boys and Girls Club of Charlestown offers a variety of activities for teens through its summer evening program, which runs through Aug. 16 from 5-9 p.m. From summer basketball and pool time to filed trips and special events, there’s plenty to do. 4. Sell and buy on Patch: Whether you’re looking to buy, sell or trade, you can take advantage of Charlestown Patch’s new local Board to get it done. Post items for free, share listings you like with friends and see what others in the neighborhood are selling. Right now, there’s a garage parking space available for renting off Main Street.
5. Teachers needed for survey: Researchers at Boston University are looking for area teachers for study on teacher responses to the April 15 attacks at the Boston Marathon and the effects on students.
