Talk about having the luck of the Irish. American Celtic band Dropkick Murphys swung by the Logan International Airport in Boston to put on a free show for some jet lag travelers Monday night.

Hailing from Quincy, Mass., Dropkick Murphys are best known for their hit “I’m Shipping Up to Boston.” The song has been heralded as a city anthem since its 2005 release.

A night before their treat to the people in Gate E4 waiting to board, the rock collective carried out a scheduled performance at the Boston House of Blues.
