5 Things to Do at the Chelmsford Public Library This Week

Concerts at MacKay: Night Rhythm Jazz Trio
Wednesday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m.

Join us this summer for music, laughs, and stories on the lawn at the MacKay Branch of the Chelmsford Public Library. Bring your chairs or a blanket! Drop in for ages 8 to 108; concerts for families with young children begin August 1. Rain location: Chelmsford Senior Center, 75 Groton Rd., N. Chelmsford. The Night Rhythm Jazz Trio presents jazz and swing from the 1940s to today with inspiration from Louis Armstrong to Harry Connick Jr. and everything in between.

PuppeTree: Caps for Sale!

PuppeTree brings the classic story Caps For Sale to life in this performance. We will see the original story , as well as versions from many countries around the world. Drop in for ages 4+.

Harry Potter Crafting Party

Calling all teens in 7th grade and up! Join us downstairs in the conference room to make decorations and activities for the Harry Potter Birthday Party on July 28!

Friday Fiction: Midsummer Edition

Join us to hear about the latest and upcoming fiction to pack on your end of summer vacations! Friday Fiction is more of a book share than a book group; library staff present brief reviews of recent and recommended titles with those who attend, and then ask members to share what they have been reading too. Anyone can join at any time!

Stories at the Farmer's Market on the Common
Saturday, July 21 at 12:30 p.m.
The library will have storybooks and information all day from 10:00 to 2:00 and then a special storytime session in the afternoon! Enjoy all that the market has to offer and have fun!
