Alleged NH Bank Robbers Indicted on List of Charges Including Chelmsford Bank Robbery

Three New Hampshire residents were indicted for a list of crimes committed in Massachusetts, including a bank robbery in Chelmsford.

Beth Giguere, 36, and Joshua Pittochelli, 34, both formerly of Methuen, MA, but now residing in Pelham, were indicted on unarmed robbery and conspiracy charges. Manuel Alicea, 24, of Manchester, was indicted on possession with intent to distribute cocaine and operating a motor vehicle after a suspension charges.
Back in February, Giguere and Pittochelli were arrested by Methuen Police after allegedly being involved in “several robberies,” including a bank robbery – the Citizens Bank located inside the Chelmsford Stop & Shop, on Feb. 7.

They were arrested on Feb. 9, after a brief state police pursuit. On Feb. 3, Pittochelli allegedly attempted to rob the Stop Quick convenience store in Methuen but the clerk refused to give up money and the perps fled the scene. Later that day, investigators alleged, he robbed a bank in Lawrence.

Alicea was arrested in May on the drug dealing charge after a traffic stop in Lowell, according to the Lowell Sun. He was arrested in March 2015 after a traffic stop by Lowell Police which allegedly yielded guns, drugs, and cash, according to the Lowell Sun.
