Author of Book on Childhood Anxiety to Visit Chelmsford
The talk will help parents recognize anxiety in their children and adolescents and give tips on how to help.
CHELMSFORD, MA - "The Worried Child" and "Dancing with Fear" author Paul Foxman will give a talk in Chelmsford High School's Performing Arts Center on Thursday, May 12 at 7 p.m.
The talk will deal with: how to recognized the start of anxiety in children and adolescents; how to recognize anxiety conditions; different types of anxiety; what parents can do to reduce stress and anxiety; when and how to get professional help; treatment options; and a question and answer.
