The judge set bail at $5,000 and ordered him to wear a GPS bracelet and other conditions, should he post bail.

During the assault, he became aggressive with the woman, forcefully trying to kiss her and both physically and sexually assaulting her at a home in Chelmsford, according to the DA's office. The woman eventually convinced Kelleher to leave the house through a ruse and then she contacted a friend who then called the police, according to the district attorney's office. She then went to the hospital for the injuries she had sustained during the assault, as well as forensic examination.
